Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving incremental sales growth through strategic account management, proactive lead generation, and effective relationship-building with existing and new customers.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow existing client relationships within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-up.
* Educate customers on the full range of WPS products and services available.
* Work closely with sales managers to develop and execute tailored sales strategies.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data capture and analysis.
* Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.
* Develop and implement targeted campaigns to promote WPS's product offerings and services.
* Foster strong relationships with sales representatives, channel partners, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Revenue growth within assigned territory.
* Number of new accounts acquired and upsold.
* Customer satisfaction ratings and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* Timely completion of sales calls, meetings, and reporting tasks.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales operations, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably within a similar industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.

* A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
