* Preparing and cooking hot and cold snacks for the pupils, including made to order options. Ensuring all foods served in the café are presented in accordance to College standards.
* Keeping vending machines and front of house displays fully stocked.
* Using visual merchandising to keep displays tidy and inviting.
* Interacting with pupils, taking orders and payments.
* Maintaining tidiness in the café area and keeping tables clean.
* Ensuring all menus/signage are updated and correct.
* Ensuring all temperature checks are carried out and recorded to the standard of College policies.
* Assisting in the preparation and completion of annual stocktaking.
* Encouraging positive team moral through good practices.
* Promoting a professional image and good customer relations.
* Carrying out any reasonable requests made by the management team.
* Attending meetings and training.
* Ensuring all security measures and lock up procedures are adhered to.
* Informing the management team of discrepancies in cash takings and stocking levels.
