An exciting opportunity has arisen for a practising Catholic to join our team at Cardinal Griffin Catholic College. Catholic Social Teaching permeates everything we do and therefore we are looking for an exceptional leader who will promote positive behaviour and faith-filled attitudes through the lens of Catholicism. We are now part of the newly expanded Painsley Catholic Academy, the largest multi-academy in the Archdiocese of Birmingham, with a strong Catholic ethos that puts ‘love’ at the heart of its community. The school provides a haven where all can flourish.
About the role:
Required to start as soon as possible, the Governors of Cardinal Griffin Catholic College are seeking to appoint a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic cleaner to join our growing site team. The post is part-time, Monday to Friday, 2-3 hours per day.
Working under the direction and instruction of senior staff to undertake individually, or as part of a team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition. Common sense, initiative and flexibility are essential.

1. Experience of working in a similar role
2. The ability to use initiative
3. Be willing to undertake direction and guidance
4. Knowledge of child safeguarding procedures
5. Be willing to learn and have a ‘can-do’ attitude working as part of a team
