A leading UK Financial Services Group that provides Pension & Investment Consultancy services to many of the UK’s largest Companies is looking to recruit into their expanding Pension Administration Team. The team you would be joining in Perth has around 60 members of staff and is run with a small company welcoming feel where everyone makes contributions and is very visible within the team.

Responsibilities
1. Provide technical Pensions Administration services to a portfolio of clients, calculate, and make payments of scheme benefits.
2. Train new members of staff and help mentor and develop their knowledge and understanding.
3. Check and authorise other team members’ work.
4. Manage client project requirements.
5. Apply benefit structures, trust deed & rules, and pensions legislation.
6. Support the Administration Manager, helping the department meet deadlines.
7. Handle queries from HMRC and DWP. Liaise confidently with clients, scheme actuaries, and other third parties.
8. Ensure compliance checking is maintained and the team works to legislative requirements.
9. Answer technical queries from members by phone, e-mail, and letter.
