Collaborate with customers to implement, support, and grow their Protopia program.
Description
Protopia is AI-powered technology that helps schools like Duke, NU, Kenyon, FSU, Ohio State, WGU, Oxford, LSE, and others boost career outcomes, alumni volunteering, and philanthropy. Protopia makes it simple, smart, and scalable for alumni and students to connect for micro-mentoring, all without another app to sign up for, learn, or manage.
We’re looking to add an Account Director to work closely with our customers to implement, support, and grow their Protopia program.
What you will do
1. Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other teams to implement and optimize the use of Protopia for customers.
2. Project-manage the implementation of Protopia for customers and their campus partners.
3. Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
4. Track the adoption of and provide proactive strategy to advance customers along our maturity model to maximize the value we deliver to organizations.
5. Support customers with analysis, reporting, and managed services.
6. Collaborate with and support Protopia’s AI Trainers to ensure the efficient processing and classification of transactions.
7. Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our products & processes.
8. Identify growth and referral opportunities so that we can build more relationships.
Who You Are
1. You must have 7+ years working for or with a university, ideally in alumni affairs, development, admissions, or career services.
2. Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
3. Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player.
4. Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
5. Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts.
6. Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment.
7. Understanding of Internet and web applications with a desire to learn new technologies.
8. Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
9. Strong analytical and data management skills.
