Randstad Education is partnering with an alternative provision centre in Worthing, providing a range of educational opportunities for KS3 and KS4 students who have faced barriers to learning. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team on a long-term basis.
You will be working with a diverse group of learners who have faced challenges in their education, providing individual and small group support to help them achieve their potential.
You will be a key part of a team that encourages students to achieve as many nationally recognized qualifications as possible, as well as participate in wider learning opportunities.
You will be involved in a range of activities, including preparing learning materials, supporting students with their work, and providing individualised support.
Experience working with young people who have experienced difficulties in mainstream education. A strong understanding of child development and learning needs, particularly those with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Opportunities for professional development and training.
