Location: Farringdon!
Contract Details: Temporary, 6-8 week duration!
Start Date: ASAP! W/C 14th October
Salary: Hourly Rate between £15.00- £19.00 per hour!
Working Pattern: Full Time, 9:00-5:30pm

Responsibilities:
As a Logistics and Operations Admin, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to customers and internal sales organisation. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Creating client proposals, including new customer set up and pricing details.
2. Generating and reviewing purchase orders accurately and promptly.
3. Coordinating with vendors and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
4. Assisting with project management tasks, such as spec checks and punch ID/resolution.
5. Serving as a communication hub between various cross-functional teams.
6. Maintaining timely and accurate communication with internal and external customers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
1. Previous customer service work experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3. Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative skills.
4. Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
While not required, the following skills and qualifications will be advantageous:
1. Familiarity with the interior design industry.
2. Experience in managing logistics and operations in a similar role.
