Estates, Facilities and Capital Development (EFCD) have an excellent opportunity to join a friendly forward-thinking team as a Senior Administrator.ABOUT THE TEAM EFCD is a complex division providing numerous services across the Trust and is made up of 4 key departments. - Estates Maintenance: The key role of the department is to service and repair all aspects of our modern healthcare facility. - Facilities Clinical Services: The teams provide many services including waste, portering, security, cleaning and catering. - Capital Projects: The team is employed to manage the design, construction and development of new buildings or the major alteration or refurbishment of the existing estate. - Compliance and Business: The Compliance department's role is to ensure EFCD's compliance with legislation, regulations, policy and good practice. The Business Unit forms part of the Compliance department and is where this role sits., What you'll do
* Take an allocated role in one of our administrative disciplines, including diary and meeting management; recruitment support; payroll and personnel support
* Be central in supporting the wider team as an administrator

* Have previous experience as a secretary/administrator
* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate at different levels
* Have a proactive approach to managing workloads with the flexibility and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Have a high standard of IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
* Have excellent attention to detail.
