We are recruiting for a Service Manager role for a local supplier of industrial machinery.
The company is looking for someone to be based in their Midlands office, managing their team of Service Engineers around the UK. This role requires a good electromechanical knowledge, experience in managing a Service team, and the ability to organize schedules and ensure all work is arranged and completed on time.
Daily Duties
1. Manage the team of Service Engineers across the UK.
2. Ensure all repairs are fully compliant.
3. Lead and motivate the Technical Services team to achieve excellence.
The package for this role is circa £60,000, including a company vehicle, company pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
