What You'll Do:
Collaborate closely with project teams, internal staff, and clients to ensure all financial aspects of projects adhere to contracts, company policies, and client expectations.
Develop detailed budgets for assigned projects.
Prepare quarterly valuations and cost-to-complete exercises.
Manage sub-contractor payments, final accounts, and orders.
Conduct on-site measurements and verify contractor payments.
Attend and contribute to meetings, including pre-order discussions, quarterly valuation reviews, and project updates.
Oversee sub-contract orders and manage communication with sub-contractors.
Manage all commercial activity related to contract variations.
Assist with material procurement as needed.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
Experience working on medium and large-scale roofing projects
Excellent client relationship management skills and a focus on building long-term partnerships.
In-depth knowledge of JCT contract formats.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and negotiate effectively.
The ability to present complex financial data to senior management.
A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
A consultative approach that allows you to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
The ability to identify revenue opportunities and build strong client relationships.
A team player with the initiative to work independently.
