About the Role As a Marketing Manager, you will play an essential role in leading innovative strategies to drive the growth and effectiveness of the organization. You'll craft and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, from managing social media to producing press releases. Your creative input and leadership will be key to raising our profile, telling inspiring stories, and facilitating meaningful stakeholder connections. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications: Create and implement powerful marketing initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Develop a cohesive narrative around health outcomes and employment while supporting leadership with insightful marketing plans. Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials. Ensure national guidance and templates are distributed for services, alongside a cohesive visual identity. Events & Campaigns: Lead the planning of events, webinars, and workshops to foster community for services. Spearhead our annual in-person conference and national awareness days, driving visibility and engagement. Evaluation & Reporting: Regularly assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing clear, actionable reports to refine and enhance impact. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive, ensuring productivity and support for their development. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Marketing & Digital Expertise : Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and content management, ideally within healthcare. Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing teams, with the ability to motivate and mentor others. Strategic & Creative : Adept at strategic planning, storytelling, and problem-solving, with a proactive approach to driving change. Communication Savvy: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse audience. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CMS, CRM, and marketing analytics tools. Specifically with experience using Mailchimp, Canva.
