We are looking to recruit a Neighbourhoods Team Leader in Liverpool on a minimum 9-month contract, with hybrid working and a salary equivalent of 38k per annum, working 35 hours per week.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing & tenancy management services including allocations, customer relations and managing a small team of Neighbourhood Officers.
Your new role
* Performance management of small team including appraisals, disciplinary, absence and sickness.
* Allocations, void management, low level ASB, estate management, tenancy management, health & safety and customer/stakeholder relations.
* Ensuring set targets and objectives within the Neighbourhood plan are met, ensuring best use of resources & budget to tackle identified issues and barriers to target delivery.
* Assist in the development, delivery and review of strategies, policies and procedures.
* Foster and maintain strong stakeholder, colleague and customer relationships.
