As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing electrical contracts from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires effective coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality electrical services throughout the contract life cycle.
Your primary responsibilities as an Electrical Contracts Manager will include:
Ensuring site teams adhere to health and safety (H&S) regulations and the clients safety procedures.
Preparing and submitting accurate Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to clients as necessary. Conducting H&S site audits and leading Toolbox Talks.
Developing detailed testing schedules, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Managing project timelines, identifying critical paths, and addressing any potential delays or issues.
Providing coaching and mentorship to staff, including conducting performance reviews.
