In doing so you will be conscious of the need for continuous service improvement in support of a high-quality student experience. You will also provide support, as part of your team, for the University's room bookings service.
About you
The post requires a very high level of personal responsibility and initiative and as such you will have a significant experience in timetabling at scale, ideally within the HE sector, and will possess a strong array of technical skills and experience of working with complex data and large databases. You will have excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills and be able to use them to influence, negotiate and problem solve. Demonstrable experience of working with Syllabus+ timetabling software will be an advantage.
