We are looking for a Deputy Sister for Cath labs and Bronchoscopy, who shares our vision, enthusiasm, and pride for scope of practice, personal governance and accountability. Main duties of the job
Candidates will need to have previous clinical experience with evidence for supporting learning and development. It would be desirable for candidates to hold a mentor qualification or its equivalent and be able to work flexibly across the rota to cover the service needs.

* Educated to degree level
* Practice Assessor qualification or equivalent
Experience
* Practice assessor/supervisor experience
* Proven management and leadership experience
* Proven knowledge of Cath Lab procedures.
* Knowledge of current developments in Cath Labs.
* Knowledge of leadership principles
