We have an exciting, part time (30 hours) opportunity for an HR Advisor to join us in our small and supportive HR team on a permanent basis This role will work as part of the HR team providing a comprehensive HR service to all staff through the provision of high quality professional advice and support to managers and staff for all HR related matters. Main duties will include: Providing advice and support to managers on all aspects of employee relations and the implementation of policies and procedures Providing advice and support to managers on absence management Providing advice on queries from Charity colleagues Assisting in the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and processes, responding to changes in employment law and legislation This is a varied role where you will be able to make a real difference. Successful applicants should hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent level of experience, and have a good working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice. Previous experience within an operational HR Advisory capacity is also required. As part of your role you will be supporting our teams based in Wisbech so will need to be able to travel there for regular visits. In return we can offer you the opportunity to work in a small and friendly HR team, where you will be fully supported. We offer hybrid working (one day of your weekly hours can be worked from home once your three month probation period has been completed). We are looking for 30 hours and we can be flexible on the exact working pattern. For office cover we require you to be in the office on a Friday. Interviews for this role will take place on the 18th November Starting salary for this role is £29,970 with opportunities to progress to £36,483 Please note that the salary quoted is based on full time hours and will be pro-rata’d for part time posts.
