We would love to hear from you As Product Owner, you will work closely with our product management and development teams to help define and deliver new features and improvements to our subscription printing services. You will support the gathering of requirements, prioritization of features, and the successful execution of our product roadmap. You’ll be based from home and our brand new office in Watford, Clarendon Works, 6 days per month (more if you like). What you will do: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, finance, and back office to gather, understand and describe product requirements, processes and feedback In cooperation with the with the Digital Transformation Solution Manager and the Project Management office, assist in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation Work closely with the development and test teams to clarify requirements, address questions, and provide feedback throughout the development process and the testing phase Support market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation Monitor product and service performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements Regularly liaise with customer service to understand areas for improvement and incorporate feedback into the product development process Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to help inform product decisions and strategy What we ask for: Demonstrated experience in product owner/management or related role, preferably in a software development, SaaS (Software as a Service) or subscription-based business Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools and an understanding of Waterfall project management principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques Familiarity with subscription models, printing technology, or related industries is a plus Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous improvement We are keen to hear from you even if you don’t match all listed requirements, but you identify with our brand and passion for innovation.
