Our client are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) with a requirement to travel to sites across the South Coast.

Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
Designing, implementing and managing HR strategies across the sites within your region
Working closely with management to improve engagement and retention
Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
Managing various TUPE transfer that occur across the year
Participating in performance evaluation processes
Working on national projects alongside other HRBPs
Supporting the development of the newly created People PlanProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role
The ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Supported individuals work across multiple sites, ideally in warehouse/ production environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to work in a very strategic role
A driving license and access to own vehicleThis a Regional role, covering sites from Plymouth through to Eastbourne. Whilst you will have autonomy of your own diary and there is plenty of flexibility, you must be happy to travel where the business need takes you.
Job Offer
A salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per year, dependent on experience
