We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and contribute to the academic success and well-being of our students.
- Start date: ASAP
- Salary: £83 - £90 daily
- Start & end times: 8:30 - 3:30
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of lessons under the guidance of the teacher
* Support individual students or small groups with learning tasks
* Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Provide administrative support, including preparing materials and resources for lessons
* Monitor student progress and assist with assessments as directed
* Support students with additional needs and help create an inclusive environment
* Assist in maintaining records of student attendance and behavior
* Liaise with teachers, parents, and other staff members as required
Key Requirements:
* A passion for education and working with young people
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
* A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
* Good organizational and time-management skills
* A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
