Chadwick Nott are instructed on an exciting opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm known for their exceptional culture in their thriving Commercial Property team.
As part of the larger real estate team, this role offers a broad scope of work, giving you the chance to collaborate with multiple commercial property Partners. You can expect to handle a wide range of non-contentious commercial property work for a variety of clients, including both public and private sector organisations, from smaller regional bodies to large national institutions and household names.
The work will cover areas such as:
1. Property development
2. Landlord and tenant matters
3. Asset management
4. Acquisitions and disposals
5. Property and estate management
The ideal candidate will be 4 PQE + and either at the Associate or Senior Associate level with strong experience and technical expertise in commercial property matters. Whilst a broad mix of commercial property work is desired, if you've specialised in one particular field then our client would still be keen to hear from you.
