This is a large park with many leisure facilities both dry and wet, swimming pool, climbing walls etc and we are looking for an innovative and organised individual to take control of managing and maintaining all of the leisure facilities and pool managementWe are currently looking for an Activities and Pool Manager for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have an infectious personality, be friendly and approachable and have a leisure or sporting background.
Experience of working on holidays parks in a similar role would be preferable however, applicants who have experience of organising or hosting leisure activities/events will also be considered.Live in accommodation can also be provided for the right person.As an Activities and Pool Manager you will report to the Head of Activities and will be responsible for leading a strong team to deliver the very best possible care and treatment of guests within the leisure and entertainment activities.You will also oversee the swimming pool areaYou will be responsible for looking after and managing the team of Lifeguards and CoachesThe Purpose of the role:Day to day running and organising of the activities and pool operationsProvide ongoing support to all activities and pool team membersManaging and maintaining pool facilities and teamsEnsuring yourself and the team are adhering to the general Health and Safety guidelinesSetting tasks and deadlines for the team - and ensure they follow through with them to the highest possible standardDeveloping new ideas for the new and existing customers and visitorsBringing new ideas and initiatives to the business and implementing them where possibleTPBN1_UKTJ
