Overview: The Cosy Club Campaign Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of national marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in marketing, excellent project management skills, a secret love for a detailed timing plan, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is based at head office in Bristol, occasional travel to restaurants will be required. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute brilliant integrated national marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives and enhance brand visibility. (Mother's Day, Valentines, Graduation to name a few) Project Management: Oversee all aspects of campaign development, including writing briefs, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution across all channels. Market Research: Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for engagement. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for each campaign and monitor performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Partner Management: Coordinate with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all campaigns maintain brand integrity and messaging consistency across all platforms. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovative strategies and enhance customer engagement. Budget management: Manage the campaign budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve maximum impact. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within the hospitality or premium dining sector. Proven track record of managing successful national marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
