About the Role:
We are currently seeking a System Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimizing systems that support our warehouse management and logistics operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify system requirements, and implement efficient solutions to enhance warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the accurate input and maintenance of Warehouse Management System data.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Identify and suggest change controls to improve operations and address fixes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption.
* Provide first-level support for local site operational issues and handle reconfiguration needs for continuous improvement efforts.
* Work with IT teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of system updates and upgrades.
* Assist in identifying and implementing automation tools to improve warehouse productivity.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain management.
* Minimum two years of technical experience and strong understanding of working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
* Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and system optimization.
* Proficient in system analysis, business process mapping, and requirements gathering.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or Computer Science.
