Job Description
We have an opportunity for a specialist TAI Key Account Manager to join our sales team. You will support the implementation of projects which support the sale of Aquaflush which meets the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients, into the competitive primary and secondary care market.
The role is regionally field based covering Nottingham/Leicester/Peterborough which will require working away from home as required, therefore overnight stays can be expected.
Key Responsibilities
The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to do
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will have responsibility of:
•\tDelivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for Aquaflush
•\tWorking closely with the Regional Business Managers, Commercial Managers and the Neuro Business Development Manager to establish product usage across the region through key commercial activities in conjunction with our clinical team
•\tRepresenting the company at regional consumer events in order to develop relationships with key healthcare professionals in the areas of Bowel and Continence care
•\tSupporting partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of pathways for patients to access our services through our Care+/Nightingale+ programs within Nightingale Delivery service
•\tHaving excellent standards in territory / journey and business preparation and planning
•\tLearning and then understanding the selling process
•\tDeveloping a thorough understanding of both secondary and primary care within the NHS, and the changing face of the NHS
•\tDeveloping a thorough understanding of the formulary process and ability to influence for positive positioning of Clinisupplies products
•\tDeveloping an ability to function across all levels of the NHS, as well as within a sales culture team environment
•\tDeveloping a thorough understanding of how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operates
•\tProviding effective weekly updates of company IT requirements, CRM, Calendar, Monthly reports to National Sales Manager
•\tAssisting colleagues when needed for example with training, formulary or discharge policy rollout etc.
•\tSupporting partnering establishments with formulary implementation and product guidance
•\tDelivering effective training on Aquaflush to healthcare professionals
•\tWorking closely with your regional colleagues to support the delivery of key projects both nationally and regionally
•\tBuilding excellent customer relationships and sell the product and service to NHS and private healthcare customers
Experienced Required
•\tExcellent communication and presentation skills

•\tHighly self-motivated and tenacious and must be able to deliver sales results in a competitive environment
•\tWell organised and able to plan weekly and monthly diary

•\tStrong mindset and have the ability to be articulate yourself and bring others around to your way of thinking
Desirable, but not essential
•\tClinical background
•\tExperience in customer relations or front of house sales
•\tAnal Irrigation/Continence market and competition knowledge
•\tExperience in a medical device sales role with a successful track record
•\tCommercial/business acumen
