You’ll be a core part of our team, supporting agents, streamlining processes, and ensuring every client experience is seamless and professional. Key Responsibilities Craft and organise property listings, including photos, descriptions, and marketing materials. Handle inquiries via phone and email, providing top-notch customer service and directing clients appropriately. Schedule property viewings and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination. Maintain accurate property databases and client records with utmost confidentiality. Assist with sales progression, from sale agreed to completion. Coordinate marketing efforts, including social media posts, online listings, mailing lists, ad campaigns and print advertisements. Prepare and manage essential documents, contracts, and compliance checks. Step in for property viewings when needed. Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies and handling general administrative tasks. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. A proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. An ideas person with a flexible, open-minded attitude. Experienced in administration (real estate experience is a bonus). Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM systems. A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills. Willing to learn and eager to grow with our company.
