JOB PURPOSE
To manage the direct sales of second hand and new stock items through our online platform “BrandSafwayDirect” (BSD) and increasing sales volume through this platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Making sure the website is up to date with actual items and pricing.
* Arranging immediate response to any request or purchases that come in via the website.
* Frequent dealings with Regional Material Managers (RMM) to update prices, photos, quantities as well as come up with initiatives for new items, new bundles and packages and ways of improving and increasing the offering on the platform.
* Frequent dealings with Order Managers in various countries within International where stock is located to prepare and process Sales of items and packages.
* Work with Engineering and RMMs to propose and implement new engineered packages.
* Direct contact via Web/email/phone with clients and platform visitors
* Liaise with marketing to propose and initiate special actions and initiate promotional activities to boost platform traffic and sales.
* Identify structural improvement proposals for the platform.
* Be involved in discussions around the connection with other databases, ERP systems and platforms in our organisation to keep improving efficiency.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
* 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
