Job Description As a General assistant you will Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes. Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils. Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies. Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs. Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Qualifications Ideally have experience working within Education catering Have good Health & Safety knowledge. Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
