We’re looking for a B2B CRM Senior Marketing Associate to design and manage data-driven, automated emails to acquire, grow, and retain our wedding business B2B SaaS partner base globally Specific responsibilities will include: Creating and implementing a CRM strategy focused on acquiring, growing, and retaining wedding venues and suppliers in core and new markets, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Mapping and optimising the customer journey, using behaviour-triggered emails to engage users at critical touch points like onboarding and renewals. Designing and executing automated email campaigns in HubSpot, continuously optimising performance through A/B testing and data-driven adjustments. Monitoring customer data and campaign results to identify trends, refine segmentation, and provide actionable insights through reporting dashboards. Managing and optimising HubSpot as the primary CRM tool, maintaining data integrity and providing team training and support to maximise its effectiveness. We’re looking for someone who: Has 2 Yrs CRM experience in B2B Has experience with a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce Has experience creating strategy (not just execution) Is a proficient HTML coder Has strong stakeholder management experience Copywriting, Customer.io, webflow and wordpress experience all a plus but not essential What if you’re a partial fit?
