* Guide clients from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues with flair.
* Oversee event logistics, including group room blocks, meeting spaces, and billing accuracy.
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams, keeping everyone aligned and ensuring smooth event transitions.
* Support sales efforts by forecasting revenue, up-selling services, and coordinating event operations with enthusiasm and precision.
YOUR DNA:
* Strong background in hotel events sales or operations.
