About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the PCC and OPCC COG, ensuring efficient diary management, handling confidential communications, maintaining document systems, and coordinating tasks with colleagues. It also includes organising events and supporting HR, IT, and facilities management to optimise productivity and resource use.
Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to the EA/Office Manager
* Diary management and arranging meetings
* Collection of post/record/deliver
* Maintain a 'can do' attitude, ensuring high quality work is delivered.
* Develop resilience and adaptability within the team to handle the demands of the role.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Able to use Excel, Word and Outlook
* Positive attitude and willing to learn
* The ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
