The Role:
You will be working as a conveyancing assistant within a busy residential property department supporting a fee earner with a caseload from inception through to completion. The role will be varied and will involve:
1. Carrying out Land Registry searches
2. Drafting sales contracts
3. Liaising with clients
4. Exchanging contracts
5. Requesting redemption statements
6. Handling completions
7. Post Completion files
Requirements:
1. Must have experience in assisting with sales and purchase files
2. Be able to work well within a team
