Your role within our Lettings department based in Stockport Head Office will be to ensure timely lets of a portfolio of properties, with the customer receiving first class service at all times. Experience in Residential Lettings is essential. What we can offer to you: Free Parking Additional OTE Modern and lively office environment Brand new state of the art CRM Day off for your birthday An extra days holiday for each year with the company Regular team building events on the company Tailor made progression plans designed specifically for you and your own aspirations Real progression opportunities Early Friday finish ARLA course, exams and professional memberships paid for by the company You will be responsible for: Overseeing the properties advertised To Let for various branches, dealing with all incoming enquiries via the system, emails and phones Qualifying leads to ensure suitability of applicants prior to viewings Booking viewings and managing feedback Providing the landlord with your expert opinion on the best applicants following viewings Negotiating contracts Progressing applications through to key collection stage, ensuring referencing, right to rent checks and paperwork are completed correctly Keeping landlords fully up to date of progress Maintaining databases to ensure details are always up to date and accurate Ensuring all properties and tenancies meet full legal requirements Working closely with Property Management to ensure smooth handovers of new tenancies Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, Lettings experience and the ability the manage a busy workload whilst still delivering a first class service.
