Bringing our client’s work environment to life by assisting to provide world class experiences, enabling team collaboration. Duties & Accountabilities Assist with providing positive, inclusive delivery of all aspects of the workplace experiences on site. Carry out daily inspections and monthly audits (first aid audits & meeting room). Ensure all event set ups (meeting rooms/collaboration areas/ atriums/ The park) are completed as requested in a timely and safe manner. Daily work order management ensuring that all requests are completed in a timely manner To take ownership for the visual standards of all external, internal and communal areas. Assist with adhoc requests by the Workplace team. Ensure that all meeting rooms are in line with the site standard requirements. Ensure that all tasks are undertaken is a safe manner and adhere to both site and JLL safety policies. Complete all mandatory training in a timely manner. Dimensions ICBT – Incorporating 20 office buildings and laboratories. No direct reports Relationships JLL Workplace team and key on site supply partners. HCL AV Team. BP Clients & customers. Requirement Profile The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the following: Experience in working in a similar customer focused environment. Planning, prioritising and organising. Qualifications & Experience Workplace experience in a service-related environment. Customer service experience. Skills & Behaviour Sets high standards for themselves and others. Can adapt to changing demands and deadlines. Ability to solution and take ownership. Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in an effective manner.
