Main duties of the job Answering busy incoming phone lines, you will be speaking to patients, professionals, carers and colleagues, recording information on to client records and directing enquiries where needed. We'd like you to be confident and experienced in MS Office, including Outlook as you will process work from our shared inbox, creating and sending appointment letters, taking referrals, manage minutes and booking appointments and meeting rooms to keep our team and office running smoothly.
