We're looking for an Office Manager to join our Construction team, based at our HMP Channings Wood Prison site in Newton Abbot.
Hours: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
As Office Manager, you'll be working within the HMP Channings Wood team, responsible for the implementation of the project administration procedures and coordinating the duties of the Project Administration team. You will be managing the day-to-day running of the project office, facilities & support services.
Your day to day will include:
* Implementing and maintaining the general welfare of the site offices and administrative systems.
* Offering guidance and assistance to the administration team.
* Liaising with Group IT and ordering IT equipment for new starters and existing staff.
* Managing the booking of inductions & new start “first days”, and booking in of visitors to site (gate passes/PPE etc).
* Management of site filing, holiday & training charts & stock control.
* Organising meetings, team events and conferences, and booking transportation and accommodation.
* Preparing/coordination of presentations and reports & project KPI's.

* Can demonstrate a good working knowledge of office procedures,
* Are able to provide examples of excellent communication skills, both oral and written,
* Have excellent IT skills, including with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
