Working within a talented, friendly and dedicated People function, you will head up a small team of HR Assistants and HR Admins.
You and your team have ownership of all things HR, Training and Recruitment admin.
Salary is circa £35,000 for this hybrid role, with excellent employee benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension, life assurance cover, healthcare cover and more!
You will be dividing your time between working from home (2 days per week) and the office near Worksop (3 days per week) which is easily commutable from Sheffield, Gainsborough, Doncaster, Barnsley, Chesterfield, etc.
This is the perfect job for someone who has experience working in a Shared Service function, who can embed perfect processes and mentor/coach their team to high performance.
