Job Description
The Assistant Accountant will:
* Building relationships and providing excellent customer service to the business unit(s)
* Preparing and issuing monthly invoices
* Performing order processing tasks to ensure appropriate revenue recognition
* Assisting with credit control activities
* Processing creditors invoices and gpayment runs
* Prepare; analyse; and present working capital results to leadership teams
* Prepare various balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and inter-company accounts
* Assisting with special ad hoc projects that impact various stakeholders within the organisation
The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Accountant will be/have:
* Computer literate with experience using Finance system/s
* Strong Excel skills
* A Finance background
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Immediately available
