Veterinary Receptionist & TB Administrator
We're excited to welcome a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist and TB Testing Administrator. We're a passionate agricultural practice devoted to supporting our farming community with top-notch services. Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones, welcoming, and assisting farmers and other visitors with professionalism.
* Administrative support including diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with staff and clients.
* Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the practice, including filing and data entry.
* Stock management.
* TB Testing administration.
What you'll bring to the team
We're looking for someone with prior experience in administrative, receptionist, or data entry roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for working well with clients and team members. If you're organized, good at managing your time, and comfortable juggling tasks, that's a big plus. Proficiency in computer systems, especially data entry and database management, is key. As well as accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when dealing with sensitive information. Most importantly, we're seeking someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service to our farming clients.
Working pattern
You will work 40 hours across 5 days per week, with occasional involvement in the Saturday rota.
