Job Title: Response Manager
Job Description
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Fusion Response. The Response Manager will deliver effective, coordinated response and recovery orchestration services for enterprise-impacting operational disruption incidents. The role involves leading enterprise-level response and recovery efforts for operational business disruptions, security breaches, fraud, and technology incidents of lower severity and complexity. Additionally, the Response Manager will support senior Fusion Response members during higher severity, more complex incidents as assigned.
Responsibilities
1. Lead enterprise-level response and recovery orchestration for operational business disruption incidents.
2. Coordinate and manage response efforts for security breaches, fraud, and technology incidents of lower severity and complexity.
3. Support senior Fusion Response members during higher severity and more complex incidents as assigned.
4. Deliver effective and coordinated response and recovery orchestration services.
5. Report to the Director of Fusion Response on all incident management activities.
Essential Skills
6. Proven experience in incident response
7. Expertise in business continuity
8. Strong incident management skills
9. Knowledge of disaster recovery principles
Additional Skills & Qualifications
10. Experience in managing and coordinating response efforts for various types of incidents
