Appointment Summary
Embracing a key role in our clients Corporate practice, you will be engaging with a diverse range of clients and contributing to the overall successful delivery of high-profile transactions. As a Senior Associate or Legal Director, your responsibilities will encompass:
* Providing expert counsel to clients, playing a pivotal role in meetings and consultations.
* Navigating intricate corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
* Proactively participating in business development initiatives, fostering collaboration with other practice areas to enhance the corporate team's visibility.
* Effectively managing instructions, drafting legal correspondence, and serving as a central point of contact for clients while overseeing case management.
Required Background(s)
* An experienced Corporate Lawyer with 8+ years PQE, ideally gained within Private Practice.
* Proven experience in managing complex corporate transactions and providing strategic advice.
* Demonstrable expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
* Strong academic background and legal qualifications.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
