Remuneration: Salary from £40-45,000 Full time 40 hours plus 2 sleep ins per week on shift Bonus scheme 28 days Holiday, including bank holidays with additional holiday after two and five years' service. Hold a minimum Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent. Hold or be prepared to undertake Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare Be prepared to work early, late and sleep-in shifts on a predictable rota. Be 'on call' on a rota basis with the expectation of picking up shifts as the organisation requires. Be over the age of 21 (Employer has claimed an exemption under the Equality Act 2010).
