They are looking for a skilled & data-driven performance marketing specialist to support the Head of Performance Marketing in expanding digital reach. Key Responsibilities: Co-lead the management of paid search and paid shopping/pmax campaigns, including planning, execution, optimisation and reporting across key platforms: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Work alongside the PPC Manager to use data analysis and performance metrics to fine-tune campaigns, including bid adjustments, keyword expansion, ad copy testing and audience targeting for maximum ROI. Support PPC budget management ensuring efficient allocation and daily monitoring to Identify and test new PPC opportunities, formats, and strategies to maintain competitive advantage in a dynamic digital landscape. Contribute to regular performance reporting, analysing metrics and offering actionable insights to the wider team and business.
