This Engineering Maintenance company specialise in Mechanical, Electrical and Building Maintenance across the south of England and are recruiting due to continued growth within their business.
As Systems Administrator you will work closely with the Helpdesk team to ensure jobs that are called in are allocated to the correct engineer or sub contractor and completed on time and within the SLA agreement with the client.
Main Duties: All items listed below and not limited to –
1. Following Any Instruction from Helpdesk Manager
2. Book & Schedule all Works & Engineers
3. Input Leads, Tasks & Quotations
4. Organise Documentation
5. Approve Job Cards Whilst Monitoring Vehicle Tracker Data
6. Progress Jobs to Invoice Stage
7. Complete Ownership of Engineers Throughout their Working Day
8. Open New Projects
9. Manage all Data Input on Customer Portals
10. Complete Paperwork for Every Project i.e. Gas & Electrical Certification
11. Complete Client Engagement - Before, During & Post
12. Key client ownership
