Job Description
We are looking for a Porter to join our team based at the Manchester offices of one of the largest international banks in the world.
The role of Porter is to help the onsite front of house team with the running of equipment and meeting set up, as well as the management of the flexible working spaces. The Porter will plan the week ahead of time, liaising with the property and hospitality teams throughout to ensure that the highest level of customer care and personal service is provided to all stakeholders, leaving all guests and colleagues with a positive and lasting impression of the bank.
Working Hours: 32 hours per week, flexible shifts between 07:00 - 18:00, Mon-Fri
Salary: £20,961 per annum
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport, and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
