About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring product knowledge and excellent customer service. Together, we create a great store environment and share our passion for the outdoors—everyone here is a Brand Ambassador!
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and visual merchandising flair. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is key!
