We're searching for a dynamic Sales Specification Manager to join our team and drive specification sales to new heights in the Northern region. With our unrivalled product range, respected brand, and highly successful team, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss!
What's the role?
You will be the vital link connecting our innovative products (Landscape Products, Natural Stone, and Street Furniture) with landscape architects, local authorities, housebuilders, consultant engineers, and main contractor design teams. This consultative role is all about understanding the unique needs of each project and providing expert advice and tailored solutions to help our clients achieve their vision.
You’ll develop and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication from project conception to completion. By leading creative conversations about our products and specifications, you’ll promote our latest ranges and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Your expert advice will help elevate plans and achieve client goals.

What skills do you need?
* Proven track record in specification sales and technical understanding
* Good understanding of the construction industry
* Self-motivated, dynamic, and driven
* Performance-oriented sales skills
* Excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships
* Flexible approach to travel and working environment
* UK driving license and residence on-patch for this field-based role
