An Admin Assistant will perform a range of administrative tasks in the organization. Responsibilities include:
1. Shipping
2. Buying/Reordering
3. Liaising with Far East Suppliers
4. Negotiating with Suppliers
5. Updating databases
6. Updating spreadsheets
7. Using formulas in spreadsheets
8. Learning and using Sage 200 online
9. Collating information for Accountants
Personal Requirements:
1. Able to methodically, accurately, and neatly complete work
2. Good oral and written communication skills
3. Able to work as part of a team to deliver results
4. Desire to drive personal development
