Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project execution, including printed collateral, event materials, marketing assets, digital campaigns, and web initiatives.
* Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth running of all projects.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing expectations and gathering feedback.
* Review and refine project briefs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
* Track consultant deliverables and ensure accountability within project timelines.
Experience Required
* Proven experience in account management, operations, or project management preferably within the digital marketing industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
