What’s the role all about?
As Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind compelling, multi-platform campaigns across a diverse portfolio of audio and publishing brands. You’ll collaborate with agencies and clients across the regions, crafting strategic partnerships that deliver real impact and revenue growth.
You’ll also play a key role in idea generation – from shaping creative concepts and influencing editorial teams, to delivering standout pitches and managing the campaign process end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing:
* Take the lead on understanding and responding to partnership briefs
* Run creative ideation sessions and extract meaningful insight
* Shape and influence ideas in collaboration with editorial teams
* Build and deliver standout partnership pitches and presentations
* Identify new client opportunities and revenue streams
* Nurture strong relationships across regional agencies and client networks
* Collaborate with account managers to support wider partnership conversations
* Be a go-to person for creative partnership solutions
* Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion
What you’ll bring to the table:
* Solid experience in media partnerships or a similar creative/commercial role
* A passion for storytelling and a creative-first mindset
* Strong knowledge of multi-platform media brands and audiences
* Proven success in delivering revenue-driving media solutions
* A good understanding of the radio landscape and its commercial power
* Aware of the broader media market and the competitive set
