Graduate Robotics Engineer The Company A leading manufacturer of agricultural and commercial trailers based in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. The Role Currently, robotic welders run both aluminium assemblies and steel. The cell can be programmed offline using DTPS software and online using the pendant to control the robot. The cell also incorporates an ARC EYE system for seam tracking, to detect weld positions. Full training will be given for offline and online programming, developing knowledge so that programming can be completed on a day-to-day basis, and support production issues. The Role Develop programs for new assemblies using offline CAD DTPS software Fault finding and being involved in testing of new products Create SOP's for build processes and troubleshooting guides Assisting the factory floor on builds with operators to developing knowledge of product range Reviewing current programs to remove bugs and calculate cycle times Building reports Involved in Lean & 5S projects Potential to train in the Netherlands Who we're looking for: Third level qualification in an Engineering related field (Degree preferred, HNC minimum) Knowledge of CAD systems Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous Want to find out more?
